ready for a weekend of scrapbooking!

I am really ready for this weekend. I don't believe I have done any scrapbooking for myself in close to 5 months. Don't misunderstand I have scrapbooked within that time frame. But it has been baby books. At this point, I wouldn't be too disappointed if my friends decide not to try and add to their families. Don't misinterpret that statement, I enjoyed completing all 4 books, but it was 4 books all during the same time frame. So as I finished 1 (or 2) I started another.

This weekend I am going to Wellington to spend the weekend at Slate Creek Lodge and do nothing but scrapbook. No distraction from vendors or television, just good friends, good food and lots of scrapbooking! My goal is to complete 2009 in my families album.  Which would than allow me to start thinking about an album for Shane and I. The problem with that, and the reason I have been avoiding it, is I have to go back to a time when I was non digital. I'm not sure if I am organized enough to start that yet. Wish me luck!
