Really late weekend update.

Finally here it is.

Friday night: Shane and I had a wonderful evening together. We went to Outback Steakhouse, I was in the mood for a burger and a beer. This was the first time in awhile that he and I ventured out without any one else, it was nice. Not that I don't enjoy the camaraderie of our friends, but it is nice to have us time. He is in a strange mood the past couple of weeks, going out of his way to take care of me. His latest concern is my financial well being. I am now recieving a monthly allowance. I am not complaining it is just out of character for him. I am waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Saturday: Shane and a friend of ours went for a day trip. The boys wanted to do some gambling and I wasn't really feeling all that lucky, so we headed to the newest casino in Oklahoma. There they were able to dump their money into the machines and I was able to sit at the bar enjoy a beer or two and watch the KU game. I think it was a great compromise. After the game, Luke was broke and Shane was up $300, we drove out to KAW Lake. I got a new digital camera for Christmas and Shane thought it would be a great place to try it out.

and finished the day with Long John Silvers, Shane's choice, all in all not a bad day.

Sunday: I had plans to do 11 loads of laundry and upload 8 years of photos to Snapfish so that I will have a second back up copy. In the middle of this painstaking day, my wonderful friend Sunni called and invited me to a movie. We saw doubt, it was excellent! An intense and emotional thriller. I recommend it. In the quest to upload my pictures I have all but one year completed. And in regards to my lofty goal to get 5 years worth of page kits done, I have 2 completly finished, 1 3/4 of the way finished, 1 sketched and planned and one year to finish all together. I have about another week to get them done. Hopefully soon so that I can order the necessary pictures.
