CAG or Bust

The heat is on. For those of you who don't know, CAG is Crop-a-Ganza. It is a weekend long scrapbooking bananza. One room filled with 175 women all of whom are weighing important decisions every moment (shower or scrapbook, eat or scrapbook) with one goal in mind, completing pages. I spent the weekend trying to complete page kits for 5 years worth of pages. I finally got all my pictures ordered, and am praying that they get here in time.



The project that I am working on is an exciting one for me. It is the first time I have sat down and created a book about me, my family and our relationships. I have been pestering my family for pictures, special moments to include and just some incite. I have learned a lot of interesting things. For example, my sister who has a 4 year old and twin 17 month year olds regains her sanity by meandering through the grocery store either sans children or with just one in tow. For those of you who don't know my sis, she hates to shop. My brother, when asked to come up with a list, has been pondering it for 2 months now. But I can assure you it will be very interesting when it is complete. But all in all I am looking for to kickin back in my cozy jammies with a miller lite, jammin out to my IPOD, connecting with good friends and meeting new and intesting people. If I am lucky getting a couple of layouts complete.
