I need more weekends like this

Saturday: I am loving my current job, the only down fall for me right
now is that I need a little more socialization. So I am taking the initiative and trying to get out more. This past weekend Sunni and I spent Saturday in Wichita. It was a day of firsts for me. We started the day off at the Ghengis grill, (first #1) it was yum - o. Than off to do some shopping, we headed to Bed, Bath and Beyond where I picked up a couple jewelry organizers, which I am in love with.

While I was in Ohio my sister introduced me to a new store, JJill. I ordered a catalog and was debating ordering, but am hesitant when it is a new company to me. I was discussing this with Sunni when she informed me we had a JJill in Wichita (first #2), needless to say I was estatic. I purchased a pair of linen pants, which I have been looking for, for about a year, and a wonderfully comfortable peasant type linen top.

Since we were in Bradley fair we ventured to Marble Slab creamery (first #3) a fairly new boutiquey shop Franschescos and Victoria's Secret.

Next stop, Mimi's nails for pedis (first #4) it was wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenated me for another couple of hours of shopping.

Finally Towne East and Lowe's. It was a wonderful day and thanks to Sunni and her wonderful coupons I got some great deals. ( 5 fot $15 at Vicki's, can't beat it)

Sunday: I spent most of the day kickin' back and relaxing. But that evening I headed to my friend Christy's house to feed my addiction. For those of you who don't know, I am a jewelry addict. I can't get enough of it. Every time I think I have it all, I see something new and exciting that I have to have. This is the newest piece I couldn't live without. It is simple and versatile. Now that I have a practile place to store it all, I am even more excited.

  1. A girl can never have 'all' the jewelry her heart desires. =} Jewelry organizer = perfection. Shopping with a great friend = priceless...it was great fun. Thanks for the invite!
