A little disappointment

Shane had a football game in Nebraska this weekend which I decided not travel to. So of course the Diamondbacks ended up winning this game. Consequently, I have been permanatly banned from all future games ;)

But on a brighter note, I'm tired of having to edit every picture I take. So I have been striving to get better pics straight out of the camera, by utilizing the manual settings on my SLR more frequently. I know, I might as well go back to my point and shoot if I am not going to use my manual settings. But I am so afraid of missing the perfect shot because I am debating settings. I finally convinced myself I am only going to become comfortable with it if I experiment. The down side is I don't have any really adorable subjects to shoot on a daily basis, so you'll have to suffer through the pics of my cats, storm shots and on occasion Shane.
