A recipe

I have 2 go to recipes, the first I take when we are getting together with friends. I don't care much for reuben sandwiches, but can eat this entire crock on my own.


Reuben Dip
2 pkgs buddig corned beef (diced)
2 c shredded swiss cheese
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 16 oz jar sauerkraut

Mix all ingredients together in a sm crock pot. Cook on high for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with rye crackers.

The second one is a recipe I use when I reaallly don't feel like cooking, it is easy peasy.

Cubed Steak Italiano
1 lb. cube steak
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. spaghetti sauce
Slice cube steak into strips. Cut onion and pepper into strips. Saute all 3 in oil. Stir in spaghetti sauce and cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
